Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Express delivery options are available for most destinations.

Free Shipping Thresholds
Denmark: 1.500 DKK
EU: €250
Norway, UK & Switzerland: €300

Delivery Time
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12:00 CET will normally be dispatched the same business day, subject to stock availability and operational capacity.
For deliveries within the EU, the estimated delivery time is typically 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch. For deliveries outside the EU, delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and peak periods.
All delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by public holidays, carrier capacity, and customs clearance. They do not constitute a binding delivery commitment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Duties & Taxes
EU: No duties or import taxes apply. All prices include VAT.

United States: All orders ship from our US warehouse on a DDP basis — duties and taxes are included, with no additional charges at checkout.

Canada & Mexico: All orders ship from our US warehouse on a DDU basis. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are determined by local authorities upon arrival and are not included in the purchase price. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before your package can be delivered.

Norway, Switzerland & United Kingdom: Orders are shipped DDP, meaning duties and taxes are included where possible. The customer remains the legal importer of record and may be required to provide import information or approve customs clearance. Customs authorities may impose additional duties, taxes, or administrative fees outside our control, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

Rest of the world: Orders are shipped DAP or equivalent unless otherwise stated. Import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees are determined by local authorities upon arrival and are not included in the purchase price. These charges vary by country and are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
