REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

OVERVIEW
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Return Policy describes your rights and our obligations regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms set out below.

SECTION 1 – RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without providing a justification, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The 30-day window above applies in addition to this statutory right wherever our policy is more favorable to you.
SECTION 2 – ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions at the time it is returned to us:
- In the same condition in which it was received
- Unworn, unused, and unaltered
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging, undamaged and intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or valid proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you at your expense.
SECTION 3 – HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us at ps+us@service-projects.com before sending any items back. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and written instructions on how and where to send your package. Do not send items back without first receiving approval and instructions from us. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

SECTION 4 – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Perishable goods (including food, flowers, and plants)
- Custom or personalized products made to your specifications
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Gift cards

SECTION 5 – DAMAGES, DEFECTS, AND INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at ps+us@service-projects.com, including your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence where possible.
We will evaluate the issue and work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund, at our discretion.
Please note that our products are crafted using production processes that may result in natural variations in surface texture, finish, and appearance between individual pieces. Such variations are not defects and are an inherent characteristic of our manufacturing. We will assess damage and defect claims on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 6 – RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For standard returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, in which case we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no charge to you.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
SECTION 7 – EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item in accordance with this policy and, once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you want. This ensures the fastest turnaround and guarantees availability.
SECTION 8 – REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the credit appears on your statement.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of receiving our approval notification, please contact us at ps+us@service-projects.com and we will investigate.
Refunds will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part. If applicable, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
SECTION 9 – IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES ON RETURNS
If you return an item from outside the United States, please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees paid on the original shipment are non-refundable by us, as these are levied and collected by the relevant customs authority and are outside our control. We recommend consulting your local customs office for information on recovering such charges.
